In "The Creativity Book," author Eric Maisel, PhD, encourages creative people to invest in erasable boards (i,e, white boards).
He suggests using the boards to:
- Plan big projects
- Keep track of (daily, monthly) goals
- Highlight affirmations
- Capture new ideas
- Record to-do lists
- Feature favorite quotes
I used a large (3' by 4') erasable board when I wrote my second book. But when I moved, I gave it away. I recently purchased a smaller (blue) board to keep track of mixed-media art projects, generate new ideas and display art. Try purchasing an erasable board and see if it energizes your creative juices.
Have a Creative Day, Darlene
