This week on Sunday Postcard Art (SPA), the theme is houses.
I wanted to create a symbol of a house with only a few pieces of paper. I used paint chips from the hardware store, sheet music (from the 1920s) and foam hearts.
Check out the other artists' postcards on SPA.

Love this special postcard- wonderfully creative . Sophisticated too!

I love your musical house, Darlene. The shading in your colours is exquisitely done. Gorgeous!
You asked about the bird and other bits and pieces in my postcard. They are from a collection by Lorie Davison at Scrapbook Graphics. The collection is called "Before the First Snow". Lorie usually sells her very large kits in separate collections such as "backgrounds", "elements", etc so that people don't have to pay for the full kit.
