I'm a member, and Co-Leader, of the Etsy It's A Madcap Life Team. To date, we have over 4,000 members. Our great success is largely due to our creative marketing whiz and Captain, A'esha Miller - and, of course, her 16 Co-Leaders. Here's what the team is all about in A'esha's own words:
