I wanted to create some elegant, but simple, place card holders for upcoming Holiday Parties.
To make the holders, I folded a scrap of sheet music (5" wide x 3" tall) into cone shapes. For a handle, I attached thin ribbon. I filled the cones with small, artificial roses and tiny scraps of doilies. Then I distressed the cones with alcohol inks. And added silver glitter to the tips of the cones.
For the actual place cards, I downsized a french graphic frame from The Graphics Fairy site. I added more glitter to the paper frame and an eyelet. I attached the frame to the cone handle with thin wire.
I added this project to BRAG MONDAY at The Graphics Fairy. Let me know what you think.

Wow! How elegant! This is perfect for any type of fancy parties!
Thank you for visiting me and for the friendly comment :) I love everything French too!
