Via the empty easel site, I read a post on How to Blend Colored Pencil Drawings with Rubbing Alcohol written by Carrie Lewis. This is a new technique to me and I can't wait to try it.
I knew about using Turpenoid, mineral spirits and baby oil for blending colored pencils. If you haven't tried any of these solvents, why not begin experimenting with them. Of course, always do some tests on scrap paper first. You don't want to ruin your art work.
Later, take some time to check out the empty easel site. Lots of good stuff there.
