Here is a new female image that I just completed using pencil, watercolor crayons and Pan Pastels.
I'm submitting this post for the 17th day of Art Every Day Month.
I'm also submitting this image to Gritty Jane's 40 Portraits Challenge sponsored by Jane Spakowsky, founder of The Trodden Path. You can join the fun on Facebook. This is Portrait #1 for me. Only 39 more portraits to go.
40 portraits! WOW! Well, you're off to a good start!

Thanks for stopping by. Come to think of it - 40 is a large number of portraits!

Good luck on the portraits. Sounds like an interesting challenge, Perhaps I'll give it a try

You are truly ambitious. I've got enough on my plate with AEDM that I couldn't take on another challenge, much LESS 39 more faces. You are brave, and make lovely faces, too.
I have trouble with Pan Pastels unless I seal them often. I keep running my hand and arm through what I've just made unless it's sealed. It looks like you don't have that problem. Good for you.
