According to the site, "there are over 2,243,856 user-created color palettes to inspire you with ideas. You can also browse a library of 13,466 fun shapes, perfect for your patterns or other creative projects."
"You'll find over 5,612,718 user-named colors to kick start your creative projects." Really, there's so much more to view on this site. You'll be occupied for hours.....maybe days. Be sure to read their blog posts for interesting and inspiring ideas.

Via Presentation Zen, I heard about Kuler which is a web-based, color tool from Adobe. Here is another tool that can jumpstart your art projects.
The site has thousands of community-generated color themes from which you can search. Registration is free enabling you to make your own color themes or palettes - and save them. Lots to see here - Check them out too!
