The Endless Summer Hydrangea, in front of our home, are still blooming so I took a quick photo. North Carolina has had a mixture of very warm days alternating with cooler days which probably has contributed to the beautiful November blooms.
Here is my Art Journal page for the fifth day of Art Every Day Month. To create the painting, I used Pan Pastels, white acrylic paint, watercolor crayons, pencil and art stamps. YAY - I made two entries for Art Every Day.
I had to laugh at your hydrangeas. Is everything in your world PINK? I ask because I know it's the way they are fed that turns them either pink or blue.
Your sketch is wonderful. I am delighted that you are doing these pages every day. I might not have the patience, since I have the attention span of a stuffed elephant.

You gave me a good laugh today. Thanks! I guess almost everything is pink in my world but I've also been on a blue kick too lately.
Re: my Hydrangea, I actually don't do anything to them but I get a range of colors from the five bushes - pink, blue and purple. Go figure.
Thanks for the compliment on my sketch.
